21A Release: Performance Issue In "Material Availability Assignments" UI (Doc ID 2763862.1)

Symptoms

In the 21A update, Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud users may experience a performance issue when they access the "Material Availability Assignments" task from Work Execution and Maintenance Management. It may take a few minutes for the UI to render or in some cases where the data to be retrieved is high, users may encounter the following timeout error -


Error: "A connection to server has failed (status=504)"


Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Oracle Applications Cloud
2. Go to Supply Chain Execution -> Work Execution
3. Click on Task List ->  Manage Production -> Material Availability Assignments
4. The UI may take more time to open or you may receive a timeout error

1. Login to Oracle Applications Cloud
2. Go to Supply Chain Execution -> Maintenance Management
3. Click on Task List -> Work Management -> Material Availability Assignments
4. The UI may take more time to open or you may receive a timeout error
