Symptoms

When setting up cost organization relationship receive an error

But the Cost Organization it's correct vs the information when customer create the cost organization Relationships.

 

Error

The value of the attribute CostOrgId isn't valid



 
Steps to Reproduce

1. Access Task: Manage Cost Organization Relationships
2. Search and Select the Cost Org : <Cost Org Name>
3. In Relationships region, click on Cost Books.
4. Click "+" Icon to add values and Create Cost Book Association
5. Enter required values,
6, Click Save, encounter the reported error.
