Deal Apply Back failing due to existing Price Assignment and Billable Charge.

The scenario is about creating a deal for an existing customer and also changing the Pricelist on the customer through the Deal.

After Deal Approval and Acceptance, when you click on "Apply Back", an error message is populated  and Apply Back fails.
