Symptoms

When attempting to load Onhand Balances through Inventory Transaction Interface FBDI, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
At least one of the selected transactions was not added to the process schedule. (INV-2415775) Details: The transaction was not added because it was not ready for processing, was already in the process schedule, was locked, was not in confirmed status, or was updated by another user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Onhand Balances through Inventory Transaction Interface FBDI
2. Try to process by going to Pending Inventory Transaction
3. Verify if successful or if getting error above
