ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to see the Oracle Engagement Cloud add-in side panel in microsoft outlook

After doing all configs over Microsoft Azure portal and on Sales Cloud, we still don't see the O365 add-in icon in Outlook
Getting Started with Your CX Sales Implementation -> 27 Microsoft 365 -> 'Open the Add-In from Outlook for the First Time'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the azure setup and deploying manifest file into microsoft portal, O365 icon shd appear in Outlook
