Symptoms

Inventory Adjustment messages generated from USM (Universal Service Mapper) based on file from Logfire WMS fail with following error in RIB-RMS:

Error: Error from {call RMSSUB_INVADJUST.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] No viable warehouses for distribution

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform an activity in Logfire WMS to generate Inventory Adjustment file.
2. USM will translate the file to equivalent RIB-RMS Inventory Adjustment payload and send to RIB-RMS for subscription.
3. Notice that InvAdj message failed in RIB-RMS Hospital with error listed above.
