Symptoms
OCI DB system creation from backup Failed with DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: failed to enable auto login wallet for database
The DB system creation from a backup failed with "The restore operation failed due to an unknown error. Refer to WorkRequestId 96d7beb2-cd93-404d-b108-5b53c1cc87b3"
Login to the Failed DB system using ssh key used during the provisioning.
Login as opc
sudo su -
