Goal

Using Visual Builder Excel Add-in to add EFFs with Sales Orders to create multiple layouts for multi-level BOs.

Implementation uses a Form-over-Table layout for the first two levels, salesOrdersForOrderHub (level 1) and lines (level 2), on the first worksheet. When creating a Table layout for a subordinate level additionalInformation (level 3) on a separate second worksheet, and Download Data in Excel operation fails for the second worksheet for subordinate level with the following error message:

The operation failed due to a problem with the server accepting the request from the add-in. Details: URL request parameter fields with value
