Cross Dock Allocation For A PO Pre Marker Can Be Changed (Doc ID 2764632.1)

Goal

Oracle allocations is allowing to change an allocation or create a new allocation, when cross dock allocation is created against a PO with the pre_mark_ind = 'Y' and the PO is fully allocated and already shipped.


The scenario would be,
Created a PO, with pre-mark indicator as Yes for X number ot units.
Then create Allocations based on this PO for the whole amount of X units (one allocation or more).

Then Ship the PO
At this point the allocations created can still be edited/removed
