Symptoms
User is not able to add Part in Manage Work Order and Charges:
In Work Order Manage Charges and Estimates the user is not able to query Item number or Item Serial Number
Steps to Reproduce:
1. User created a customer item
2. User created a serial number for customer item
3. Navigate: Service Logistics > Manage Work Orders and Charges > Create Charges
When attempting to enter Item number or Asset Number, neither is available in List of Values (LOV). When the user query either, no data is returned.
