Preferences Data Is Not Being Saved (Doc ID 2764662.1)

The preferences are not getting saved for the Number format (for decimal digits) for Spanish language (should be the case for any other language other than English).

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Log in Invoice Matching.
  2. Go to Preferences and set lang to spanish and set Region data (change date format to DD/MM/YYYY).
  3. Back to ReIM and check some screens. Note the date format is incorrect, still in "default setup" but the date format was changed.
  4. Back to Preferences and note that all data change are lost.
  5. Then log off of Invoice Matching and login. When you back note that all data change are lost.
