Symptoms

Accessing the page through the standard OCE URL appears to function as expected, but using the Akamai URL results in the error:

You do not have any tasks to perform
You are not authorized to view this information. The session has expired or you do not have the required privileges.

 

Changes

A 3rd party SSO solution is being used for site authentication.

This also only occurs when using the browser's Private mode.
