ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax Rate Percentage changed and those tax rates not available on Miscellaneous Receipts

Users are facing an issue where users have changed the Tax rate percentage for few tax rates from "Manage Tax Rates and Tax Recovery Rates" screen for a period of 4 days and those particular tax rates are not visible on Miscellaneous Receipts Form if users select Receipt date as those 4 days for which the tax rate percentage were changed, for other Receipt dates tax rates are perfectly visible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to select a changed Tax Rate Percentage which was changed in the LOV for Tax Rate Code field of Create Receipt screen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home
2. Receivables
3. Accounts Receivable > Tasks > Receipts > Create Receipt

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create Miscellaneous Receipts Form if users select Receipt date as those 4 days for which the tax rate percentage were changed.
