The Attachment View Area Is Too Small in the Unifier OutsideIn Tool (Doc ID 2765371.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When viewing attachments in the OutsideIn tool, the area to view attachments is small, requiring users to multi-click zoom in to view the attachment clearly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The attachment viewing area in the OutsideIn tool should be maximized.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Open a Shell then open one BP record.
  3. Open the Attachment tab on the right-side panel and select the PDF attachment.
  4. Click Review to open the PDF in Outsidein.
  5. Note the reported display issue.
