An error is reported when cancelling an Order Line:

The request to cancel quantity failed because you requested to cancel only some of the quantity that hasnt shipped in a shipment set. (DOO-2686106)
Details: If a line includes some quantity that has shipped and some that hasnt, and if you want to cancel the quantity that hasnt, then you must cancel the quantity that hasnt shipped on each line in the shipment set where order management shipped only part of the quantity.

You requested to cancel quantity on lines [XXXX], but order lines [XXXX, YYYY] in shipment set ZZZZ contain some quantity that has shipped and some that hasnt. You must cancel all the quantity that hasnt shipped on lines [XXXX,YYYY].

In this instance the customer is cancelling a backordered line.

NOTE: Backordered lines were created after split. Backordered lines are not in shipset (shipset = blank). Original orders are closed and they are part of shipset.
