Symptoms
When cancelling an item from an active offer, OfferCondMerchCancel message is referencing a new OFFER_COND_MERCH_ID (primary key) which was never sent before and generates data inconsistency in downstream systems.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create and approve an offer having more than one Item.
2.Make it active.
3.Once active, go to the offer and cancel one of the items.
4.Run the BDI promotions export process.
