Symptoms
Remote Datasource do not support event-triggers and the DM can not be updated
Using OAC-OM v105.8, the BIP Data Model event-triggers will be disabled if using a Remote Datasource (RDGW).
You have a number of DM's migrated from OBIEE 12C.
- Trying to delete the event-trigger, save the DM and preview data will give the same error even there is no event-trigger in the DM...
- Close and reopen the DM will give no affect.
Present solution is to create a new DM from scratch and then update all reports with the new DM....
