Symptoms

When attempting to upload inventory CSV file
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Import file failed, file: /data/datafeed/inventory/<'FileName'>.csv

URL: /ccadmin/v1/asset/upload Http Code:502 HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway Result: 502 Bad Gateway

 

 



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload CSV file via API /ccadmin/v1/asset/upload

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin Users cannot update inventory.
