Symptoms
Problem Description:
When attempting to apply for an internal position, an internal candidate (employee) receives the following error:
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following
information to obtain a more details description of this incident: ##,
Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer,
Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP

Other employees do not have the same issue when applying to the same requisition.
