Error 404 Not Found when Accessing Menu with URL For Invoice Management Servlet (Doc ID 2765960.1)

Symptoms


When adding a new menu that uses OTM URL NEW_INVOICE Public the following error occurs when accessing the menu. Other elements servlet such as order base work.

Error 404Not Found The requested resource is not available.

Replication Steps:

1) Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Menu Manager. Create a menu that uses the URL for Invoice Management Servlet

2) Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manage User Access > User Menu. Add the menu.

3) Log out an back in and select the menu and the error is set.
