Getting Error 404 When Downloading A File From Resources Folder In A Live Application (Doc ID 2766104.1)

When downloading a file from Resources folder (see below) in a Live application, a 404 error is received as response.

This was working just fine in Dev version of the application, but after the application is published the 404 error started occurring.
