On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Journal batch is in processing status even though it is already approved

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the journal to post without issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create journal
2. Post journal
3.See journal is still not posted
