Goal

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Project Budget

Is it possible to change the Control Budget from Advisory to Absolute?

The user add Cost Budget to the Current Version and he needs to Change Budget Control level from Advisory to Absolute. After changing it with no error, when submit the Budget for Approval , encountered error :
"The proposed project control budget level Absolute isn't supported."
