Symptoms

RI (Retail Insight) customer loyalty dimensions and fact data were missing after successful nightly batch completion .

 

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Get a CE data file RI_CE_DATA.zip to RI server.
  2. Run RI nighty batch cycle to process CE data file.
  3. Notice at the end of the batch cycle that all jobs run success but data related to customer loyalty is not available.
