Goal

After enabling Atomic User Management (AUM), the Sync Users from IDCS task is marking for deletion all the users in the domain. It is necessary to create a new admin user in IDCS in order to login to the app and then restore all the users one-at-a-time in the domain using the Manage Users OAT task with the Unlock/restore a user option. Why is this happening?
