On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Manage Expenses

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot Inactivate Corporate Card Transactions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Corporate card transaction should be inactivated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Manage Historical credit card transaction
2. MANAGE_HISTORICAL_TRXNS: No transactions processed.
