Update Of Cost Code Field From Webservice UpdateBPRecord Call Is Not Working (Doc ID 2766513.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use an "updateBPRecord" SOAP call to update a Business Process (Cost Type) Record and change a Line Item Cost Code, the call results in Response Code 200 and appears to be successful, but the Cost Code is not updated.
When using "CreateBPRecord" the Cost Code can be entered successfully.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When there is no error returned in the SOAP client when sending the "updateBPRecord" webservice call, then it is expected that the Cost Code (bItemID) will be updated to the new value.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Configure the SOAP client for a web service call to the Unifier environment.
Send the Web Service "updateBPRecord" call.
Then Send the Web Service "getBPRecord" call to view the BP record.
Note that the BP record Cost Code id has not changed and is the same as it was before the "updateBPRecord" call.
