'Error downloading the Report. Please try again' Occurs When User Try to Download Any Report from the SIOCS Web Client (Doc ID 2766602.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download the reports from the SIOCS web client, the following error occurs.

ERROR ON UI
-----------------

Error downloading the Report. Please try again

ERROR IN LOGS

Failed to log into BI Publisher: invalid username or password.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Launch the web client.
2. Select Operations > Report > Select Report Name and Item ID
3. Select Download Report.
