Manage Unprocessed Costs Spreadsheet Limiting To 100 Transactions With No Explicit Error Message (Doc ID 2766881.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Capture and Process Cost

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Manage Unprocessed Costs Spreadsheet limiting to 100 transactions with no explicit error message
The user is loading Manage Unprocessed Costs spreadsheet that is limiting 100 transactions and rejection all the remaining ones with no explicit error shown.

Some items Miscellaneous Transaction were exported, while some others were rejected because of errors:

"You submitted 124 transactions for import, out of which 124 transactions were successful and 24 transactions were rejected. Review and correct the errors in the worksheet and then import the rejected transactions again."

Starting from 100 transactions, the file is not loading the remaining lines :
With no particular or meaningfull error message

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the Unprocessed costs to be imported in one run, or in the next run.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Manage Project Costs
2.Manage Unprocessed Cost
3.Prepare the spreadsheet
4.Import the cost transactions :
5.Validate first the data :
Error message :
Some items were exported, while some others were rejected because of errors. You submitted 124 transactions for import, out of which 124 transactions were successful and 24 transactions were rejected. Review and correct the errors in the worksheet and then import the rejected transactions againStarting from 100 transactions, the file is not loading the remaining lines :
With no particular or meaningful error message, but:  "See Error Detail 1"
