Problem Description:

In the Recruit to Hire Dashboard, performance tiles are showing the exact numbers rather than the abbreviated values.

Example:

On the Overviews tab, the tile for # Active Applications shows as 153,000:

...rather than the expected abbreviated value of 153K:
