Symptoms

When attempting to view project list page or export to XML or view pages within Global Admin
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to load data
An unknown error has occurred
PRM-000000000

or

The resources for this Workspace could not be loaded.
An unknown error has occurred.
PRM ‑ 000000000

or

Page you requested is not available in the current context


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to OPC.
  2. Try to open the project list page or export to XML.
