Symptoms

When creating a new asset and searching for the category segment, user received an error.

This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted.


Steps to reproduce
1. Create asset from Fixed Assets landing page
2. Click on the Category LOVs
  - Select Major category
  - Select Minor category
  - Select subcategory
3. Click OK - get error

The subcategory is dependent on the major category segment.
