OBIEE 11g JAR File Import Unsuccessful In OAC (Doc ID 2767323.1)

Symptoms

Unable to migrate OBIEE 11g JAR file to OAC 5.9. The status says its successful in OAC console. However, the snapshot is still referring to existing snapshot.
The issue does not occur in OAC 5.8 version.

Changes

 OAC upgraded from 5.8 to 5.9 version
