Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

What is not working: Uploading audio-only MP4 files to Catalog Resources fails processing

What is working correctly: Upload works for all other types of content


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Uploaded video content should be in Active status.


REPRODUCIBLE
-----------------------
Yes


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Record content without video as in MP4 format
2. As Learning Specialist, navigate to My Client Groups > Learning > Catalog Resources
3. Click Add Content > Add Video
3. Select the file
4. Wait for upload to complete
5. Click Save and Close
6. Refresh the search results
7. See status: Processing Failed
