User's With "RESA_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATION_INQUIRY_DUTY" Still Can Update RESA System Options (Doc ID 2767963.1)

Symptoms

User's with "RESA_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATION_INQUIRY_DUTY" alone, still can update RESA System Options.
 

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Assign group 'ORAAC_TEST_JOB' ( Having only one Duty --RESA_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATION_INQUIRY_DUTY ).
  2. Assing a User 'ORAAC_TEST' to the job 'ORAAC_TEST_JOB'.
  3. Log into RESA using 'ORAAC_TEST' user.
  4. Navigate to Foundation data > System Options, User having edit privilege for the system options screen.
