Symptoms
Adding Tracking Event deletes SHIPMENT_SPECIAL_SERVICE_REF and re-insert it in DBA domain. This only happens if the Tracking Event agent is configured to run as 'Object'.

Agent Event: TRACKING EVENT - PROCESSING REQUEST
Run As=OBJECT
Agent Actions:
MATCH SHIPMENT: By Shipment ID
(SHIPMENT) RECALC ESTIMATED STOP TIMES

Agent Event: TRACKING EVENT - PROCESSING REQUEST
Run As=OBJECT
Agent Actions:
MATCH SHIPMENT: By Shipment ID
(SHIPMENT) RECALC ESTIMATED STOP TIMES
That causes the 'Recalculate Shipment Cost' fails with this error
