On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Pricing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Discount rules using an Pricing Adjustment Matrix limit the Adjustment Amount field to 3 decimals.

Created an attribute based discount rule, which uses a Discount Percentage.
When entering the Adjustment Amount, the value is being rounded to 3 decimal places.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Adjustment Amount to show the complete value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Pricing Administration.
2. Manage Discounts Lists.
3. Create an attribute Based Discount Rule with Adjustment Matrix Rules.
4. Enter Adjustment type of Markup percent.
5. Enter Adjustment Amount of 5.263154036.
It shows the value of 5.263.
