Unable To See All Transactions While Searching With Transaction Number - Collections Dashboard (Doc ID 2768209.1)

Why when using the search area in Advance Collections to filter by criteria "Transaction number" then search results will display details only of that respective transaction and not all the transactions under the respective customer?
