Goal
Is there an equivalent to the v2/ScheduleService that doesn't embed username/password in the payload?
The v2/ScheduleService doesn't allow for the username and password to be embedded in the OIC SOAP connection configuration, but instead the username and password must be passed in the body of the message.
This is the same situation as seen with v2/ReportService.
However in that case, it is possible to make use of the public SOAP API ExternalReportWSSService, which does allow the username and password to be embedded in the connection definition.
