Service Category and Contact Salutation Fields Are Blank In OTBI Even Though Values Exist In UI (Doc ID 2768520.1)

We are using Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time ->Contact->Salutation field in the report , but it's showing blank in report even we have populated value in UI.
Similarly we are trying to use Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time ->Service Category-->all Category fields, but it's not giving any value.
