RTLOG File is Uploaded Successfully But Not Loaded Into The SA_TRAN* Tables (Doc ID 2768756.1)

Symptoms

RTLOG file is uploaded successfully but not loaded in the SA_TRAN* tables , When attempting to upload RTLOG files, the FILE_UPLOAD_STATUS.STATUS says 'S'uccess and no errors are inserted in FILE_UPLOAD_ERRORS. However, the transactions are not loaded into the ReSA tables (SA_TRAN_HEAD, SA_TRAN_ITEM, SA_TRAN_TENDER, etc.).

Following error are loaded in the error file.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Upload the RTLOG and the .complete file in sftp location.
  2. Run Saimptlogi ,Saimptlogfin.
  3. Check the status in FILE_UPLOAD_STATUS/FILE_UPLOAD_ERROR.
  4. Look for the transaction in the SA_TRAN_* tables. Notice that the transaction is not loaded.
