FA:SCP Unable To See The Zip File Loaded To UCM in LOV of Load Planning Data From Flat Files (Doc ID 2769118.1)

Symptoms

Customer uploaded the FBDI Zip file to UCM using scm/planningDatalLoader/import account.

But the file not appearing in the list of loaded files, does not have "Process ID" .

The same file not available to select when running Load Planning Data from Flat Files.
