On : Unifier Any Version hosted in OCI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Some user accounts have access to an environment in Cloud Administration but users do not show in Unifier. For multiple users, they have Unifier PROD access in Primavera Cloud Admin but are not showing up in the company workspace. In Cloud Admin, we attempt to remove the users to re-add them and receive an error when attempting to do so.

unassigning Application Access failed : PrimaveraUnifierProduction due to Error while deleting user :[User [USERNAME] does not exist, Field uuu_user_dateformat value is empty, for username:  [USERNAME]
