Error "The system could not process your request" When a Query Data Element Condition Is Based on a Draft Data View (Doc ID 2769338.1)

When a Query Data Element condition is based on a Data View on the BP configuration page, but the Data View has been changed to Draft mode, the following error occurs when opening the Query in the BP.

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.


The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. In Unifier navigate to Company Workspace > Configuration > Business Process.
  2. Select the Query tab.
  3. The queries can not open, and the reported error occurs.
