Assessment Template For Accounts Not Scoring Correctly (Doc ID 2769343.1)

Symptoms

We have created a Custom Assessment Template for Accounts and assigned scoring to the Questions.

For one question the weight is given as 10. In the possible responses only 2 entries i.e Y & N are created each one is having score as 1(Normalized score is 100).

While selecting the Y for this question in Account Assessments,then Score guage is showing the score as 12 instead of 1.
