Goal

This document explains how to enable federated identity single sign-on (SSO) through SAML 2.0 for Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) as the Service Provider.

This document includes general instructions and does not apply to any specific IDP (such as Azure AD, ADFS, OAM, Okta, etc.)

ALERT - MARCH 2023

Oracle is merging the capabilities of Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) into the native Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM) service. This will enable Oracle Cloud customers with a rich, enterprise-class set of identity and access management (IAM) features for use with OCI, Oracle Cloud applications, and third-party applications.

In the coming months, Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) instances will become OCI IAM identity domains.
