Fusion Benefits :Incorrect Coverage Start Date For HSA Plans In Benefits Extract (Doc ID 2769391.1)

Goal

We noticed that the Original coverage start date and Level coverage start date in benefit extract is incorrectly populated for people enrolled in HSA plan. This is happening only for the people that had HSA election in 2020. Their coverage start date for this year is correctly seen as 1/1/21 but the extract is populating 1/1/20.
