How to upload the mapping rules in "Manage Chart of Accounts Mapping"?

In case of 2 separate CoAs for primary ledger and secondary ledger, create the CoA mapping between primary ledger and secondary ledger is needed.
This can be created on  "Manage Chart of Accounts Mapping" task.

Is there any automatic solution in case of many complex mappings need to be defined ?
