Symptoms
An Error is reported when revising an order:
Order management rejected the revision on order line XXX.X because: The requested change to supply for fulfillment line X was rejected because supply was not created.. (DOO-2686077)
If supply chain orchestration hasnt created the supply documents, wait, then do the revision. If orchestration canceled the supply order, then unschedule the order line, schedule it, then do the revision.

A change has been made to an existing order. When the change is submitted the revision reverts to draft status and the error is reported.
