Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Worker Number Generation is skipping numbers

We configured the enterprise to use Worker Number Generation at LE level
We set the worker number generation to start at 100,000.
The first employee I hired was given the worker number 100,003 and the next employee I hired (2 mins later), was given the worker number as 100,007


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Worker Number Generation should not skip numbers. It should be sequential.
